Are you ready to

create a life where your time works for you and days feel easy?

You’re smart. Driven. Capable. You’ve already accomplished so much—but it still feels harder than it should.

You know what you should be doing. You’ve read the books, bought the planners, and tried to force yourself into systems that weren’t built for you.

the problem isn’t you — and it certainly isn’t your effort.

This isn’t a motivation problem. It’s not a discipline problem.

This isn’t just another coaching program.

You’re smart. Driven. Capable. You’ve already accomplished so much—but it still feels harder than it should.

You know what you should be doing. You’ve read the books, bought the planners, and tried to force yourself into systems that weren’t built for you.

And yet…

  • Your to-do list feels never-ending.

  • You start with big plans but struggle to follow through.

  • You bounce between hyperfocus and total paralysis.

  • You constantly feel like you’re underperforming, even though you’re working harder than most people.

  • You’re successful on the outside but exhausted on the inside.

This isn’t a motivation problem. It’s not a discipline problem.

This is an ADHD problem— and you need a strategy designed for how YOUR brain actually works.

That’s where I come in.

Mornings with Purpose: You begin each day with intention, not panic. Moving through the morning with ease, guided by a system that works for your brain.

Workdays that Feel Productive: You’re hitting deadlines, tackling projects, and finishing work on time—no more spiraling into overwhelm or leaving things half-done. And when you’re done, you’re done.

A shrinking to-do list: The endless mountain of tasks that used to haunt you? You’re systematically crossing them off, creating the mental and physical space to finally breathe.

Evenings that feel earned—and guilt-free: You’re ending your day knowing you’ve done enough. There’s no more zoning out from exhaustion or staying up late to catch up. Instead, you’re present for your family, your hobbies, and yourself.

what we can work on:

Every coaching package is customized to YOU, but here are some of the biggest transformations my clients see

this is for you if:

You feel stuck in a cycle of procrastination and overwhelm and want tools that actually help you move forward.

You’ve tried planners, apps, and alarms but none of them seem to stick or address the root of your challenges.

You’re ready to rebuild self-trust and prove to yourself that you can follow through and make meaningful progress.

You want to stop surviving your days and start thriving in them, with more ease, flow, and confidence in your daily life.

this is not for you if:

You’re looking for a quick fix and aren’t willing to commit to small, consistent steps to create lasting change.

You prefer rigid, one-size-fits-all systems and aren’t open to exploring flexible ADHD-friendly strategies.

You’re not ready to prioritize yourself or invest time and effort into creating sustainable progress.

You’re uncomfortable with personal growth or unwilling to adjust your current routines.

Hey there! I’m Jennie

You don’t need another expert shouting advice at you—you need someone who gets it.

For almost four decades, I’ve lived the reality of ADHD.

I’ve walked the walk. I had to build my systems from scratch—learning how to manage my time, balance energy, and build a life I actually love despite the chaos ADHD can create.

I bring a unique blend of science + heart. As a registered nurse, ADHD specialist, and certified coach, I don’t just know ADHD—I’ve studied it, lived it, and taught others how to overcome its challenges.

I see your struggle—and your potential. I know how hard it is to feel stuck, distracted, and overwhelmed. But I also know what’s possible when you have the tools to build routines that work for YOUR brain.

You don’t need someone perfect.

You need someone real.

  • First person in my entire family to graduate high school

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing - graduated with Cum Laude (would have been a higher honor, but I got divorced in nursing school)

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing Education

  • Health and Life Coaching Certifications

  • Repaired relationships, healed trauma, grew amazing relationships with my kids, beautiful marriage… relationships. I’m pretty good at them now and I have incredible friends.

  • Dishes are done 88% of the time

Bragging is so not my thing, but I want to share with you some wins I’ve had despite my ADHD:
